Your Mission: Contribute Care Knowledge, Further Develop AI Models

As a working student in Data Annotation in the Senior Care sector, you will evaluate how well our AI models meet the professional requirements of care workers. Your care knowledge will be the benchmark: with your feedback, you will show us where the models are already convincing and where they still need improvement.

• You evaluate AI-generated care documentation for professional accuracy, completeness, and relevance

• You check whether technical language, phrasing, and documentation logic align with daily care practice and common care standards

• Together with the team, you will develop concrete requirements for data quality

🤝 Your Skillset - What You Bring

• You have completed vocational training or have practical experience in geriatric care and are familiar with care planning

• You know the practical realities of care workers and can empathize with their expectations

• You work independently, reliably, and can keep an overview even with multiple tasks

• Willingness to participate in weekly team meetings

• You are enrolled at a German university and can work 20 hours per week
