Working Student Graphic or Communication Design for 20 Hours Per Week

With holistic employer branding, with campaigns, media, change, and HR strategy: for clients such as RWE, Drägerwerk, E.ON, Deutsche Rentenversicherung, Carl Kühne, or the freenet Group.

Tasks

What tasks await you?

• You will work together with the Brandies team on client projects and design digital assets for social media like Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok, as well as for print media such as posters, postcards, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and trade fair and recruitment materials.
• You will take on tasks such as preparing print-ready files and general image editing, and you will also have initial experience with AI-assisted image creation.
• You will support the development of visual ideas for employer branding campaigns and client presentations, as well as occasionally assisting with the preparation of photo shoots or client appointments.
• You will contribute your own creative ideas and thus contribute to the team's success as a full "Brandie"!

Qualification

Your qualification:

• A degree program (mid/end) in communication design/graphic design/media design or similar
• Passion for design: You have experience with common tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite), AI tools like Gemini, Figma for website structuring, basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, Canva, PowerPoint, and general MS Office applications.
• Passion for detail: You enjoy paying conscientious attention to detail during implementation, ensuring reliable results.
• Passion for teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and are confident in presenting your ideas and asking questions about briefs and tasks.
• Passion for digital in image and text: You love to design and transform your creativity into ideas, and you know the difference between uppercase and small caps.
• Passion for HR topics and diverse clients: We have a very diverse client portfolio, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations. We focus on recruiting, change, and employee motivation, not car advertising.
