Trainee Fintech Operations (m/w/d)

Credibur is a Berlin-based fintech startup that builds the infrastructure for managing credit portfolios between alternative lenders and institutional investors.

You ensure that payments are processed correctly and customers in difficult situations have a competent point of contact. We are looking for two trainees for payment reconciliation and customer support.

Tasks

• Assign open invoices to outstanding claims; review system suggestions; clarify unassigned transactions and manually assign them
• Process incoming tickets, live chat, and phone calls (inbound) professionally and empathetically
• Escalate unresolved cases according to defined procedures
• Proactively report recurring issues -- your input flows directly into the further development of our processes
• Work accurately documented

Qualification

• First experiences in customer service, processing, or a related field -- specialized training will be provided by us
• Enrolled at a German university
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
• A high degree of accuracy; enjoyment of structured, recurring tasks
• Empathetic and calm communication style
• Safe handling of web-based tools and dashboards
• Self-organized and able to work independently
• Residence in Berlin (presence at the office during onboarding required, hybrid afterwards)

💰 15-18 €/hour -- dependent on your experience
