Student Position in Content & Social Media (w, m, d) ca. 20h/Week

Complete Organics makes fermentation everyday accessible. We develop and produce fermented bio-food products with active cultures that combine enjoyment, simplicity, and conscious nutrition, making them a self-evident part of daily life.

To achieve this, we consistently develop our brand – from clear narratives and usage ideas to effective translation into all relevant channels. Our claim is to build a brand that is relevant, understandable, and desirable for a broad target audience and feels just as natural in everyday life as it does in retail.

We are looking for a creative personality who supports our content team and has a strong interest in food topics. You will play a key role in pushing our presence on various platforms and creating relevant content.

Tasks

• Content creation for social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
• Image editing & retouching for e-commerce, social media, and marketing materials
• Maintenance and further development of our image and video pool
• Ongoing analysis of social media trends and derivation of relevant insights for positioning our products
• Writing blog articles on topics related to nutrition, health, food, and recipes for our website
• Development of recipes featuring our products
• Maintenance and care of the online community through active communication, answering questions
• Support in developing our content and social media strategy
• Websites maintenance – updating product information, replacing images, expanding FAQs, etc.
• Support in organizing and conducting events and trade shows

Qualification

• Student:in in the field of Design, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Nutrition Science, or a related study program
• Creativity and passion for storytelling, social media, and content creation, especially videos
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to stand in front of the camera
• Interest in fermentation, balanced nutrition, and cooking
• First experiences with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• You can work independently and feel just as comfortable in a team

Nice-to-have:

• Creativity in the kitchen
• Experience with animations (e.g. in After Effects)
• Pleasure behind the camera (photo & video)
