Part-time Student/Internship Position in Customer Support (40-60%) @ Consumer D2C Startup, Berlin

We are bottleplus, a young consumer goods startup with seats in Zurich and Berlin. We have the goal of driving change in the beverage industry and saying goodbye to plastic bottles - are you on board?

In July 2024, we entered the market with our first solution, the spark bottle, a carbonation device for making sparkling water. Now we're taking the next step: Taste. Functional, everyday, and scalable.

We're expanding our team to tackle upcoming challenges and continue growing.

Tasks

As a part-time student/intern in Customer Support, you'll be a central point of contact for our customers. You'll help them with questions about products, orders, and deliveries and actively contribute to making our community enthusiastic.

Your tasks will include:

• Daily processing of customer inquiries from Monday to Friday (via email, social media, WhatsApp, and potentially phone calls) - you'll be the voice of our brand and ensure delighted customers.
• Clearing up questions about products, orders, and deliveries. This includes close cooperation with our logistics service provider.
• Managing returns and complaints, as well as sending replacement products - you'll be in direct exchange with our partners.

Qualification

• You have excellent communication skills and can express yourself clearly and friendly in writing.
• You're customer-oriented and enjoy providing an outstanding service experience for our customers.
• You bring a certain technical understanding, so you quickly grasp our product and can help customers with issues.
• Self-motivated and responsible work is second nature to you; however, you're not afraid to ask the team for clarification when unsure.
• You work structured and remain calm even in stressful situations with many customer inquiries.
• You speak German at a native speaker level); English is an asset
