As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. Our mission is to make energy consumption management as simple as possible with intuitive, AI-driven software, so that it becomes a matter of course for everyone – whether companies or private households – and energy suppliers and corporate customers can effectively reduce both energy consumption and their CO2 footprint. Since 2025, we have been part of the Hausheld group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, and Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

📃 Support in the Sales Team: You will support our team in daily business, coordinate sales appointments, and help keep information and processes in the CRM system up to date

📞 Communication with Customers: You will support sales campaigns, interact with new and existing customers, and, together with the team, keep an eye on important activities and deadlines

🤝 Collaboration in the Team: You will work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and Project Management. You will gain exciting insights into the work of a growing company in the energy industry

📈 Own Projects & Ideas: Depending on your interests, you can take on your own topics – e.g., in the areas of business development, reporting, and (AI-supported) process optimization and automation

🖌 Marketing & Content: You will assist in the creation of sales documents and the preparation of trade fair appearances

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student, e.g., in business, communications, or a comparable field of study
• You enjoy communicating with people, work in a structured way, and contribute your own ideas
• First practical experience in sales, marketing, or project work is helpful, but not a must
• More important to us is that you enjoy working in an organized manner, are reliable, and are eager to learn new things
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills round off your profile
