As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it's our mission to make energy consumption management as simple as possible with intuitive, AI-driven software that will become a self-evident reality for everyone - whether companies or private households - and enable energy suppliers and corporate customers to reduce both energy consumption and CO2 footprint. Since 2025, we have been part of the Hausheld Group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

• 📑 Project Management: As a fully-fledged team member, you will work on project planning, execution, and follow-up for well-known companies from the energy sector, telecommunications, and IT industry
• 🗣 Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with product and project management, sales, and development teams to gain a comprehensive insight into the operations of a software startup
• 👓 Innovation Management: You will bring your own ideas into various project processes
• 🧮 Project Controlling: You will work in project controlling and contribute to the timely and financially planned execution of projects

Qualification

• You are a registered student and find yourself at least in your 3rd semester of studying economics, business administration, or media informatics or a comparable program
• Ideal candidate brings first experiences in project management, IT, administration, or controlling with them
• You enjoy evaluations, creating statistics, or project planning, and have a basic technical understanding
• First knowledge of software applications like JIRA and Confluence is desirable
• You are characterized by an analytical thinking style, independent action, and structured work
• You possess good German and English language skills and good MS Office skills, especially Excel
