As an agile, green startup and specialist in energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it's our mission to make energy consumption management as simple as possible using intuitive, AI-driven software that makes it accessible for everyone - whether companies or private households - and enables energy suppliers and customers to reduce both energy consumption and CO2 footprint. Tasks

• Forderungs- & Fristenmanagement: You'll manage the accounts receivable and payable and navigate together with your team lead through efficient financial processes
• Rechnungswesen: You're the organizational expert in accounting, keeping an eye on the ledger and processing invoices independently using DATEV
• Monatliches Reporting: Your attention to detail comes into play when preparing the monthly business evaluation (BWA). Additionally, you'll support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• Monatlicher Zahllauf: You'll give the monthly payment a special touch and stay in touch with our tax consultant for a smooth financial flow

Qualification

• As an enrolled student (min. 3rd semester) of business administration, economics or a comparable field, you're exactly right with us
• In the ideal case, you've already dipped your toes into the world of controlling and finance through internships
• Your talent in analyzing financial key figures and very good Excel skills make you stand out
• Your love for detail makes you the perfect sidekick that the finance team needs to navigate the accounting jungle
• You'll convince us with your excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as your professional demeanor
