We are looking for immediately:

Working Students (m/f/d) (15 to 20h/week)

for our inclusive support service "Offener Treff"

The "Offener Treff" is an open leisure and support service for young people with and without disabilities from the 5th grade onwards with reliable structures and fixed pedagogical contact persons.

The pedagogical goal of our work is to broaden and enrich the experience and action space of children and adolescents in an inclusive context, in order to support and supplement educational processes.

Tasks

• Structuring and accompanying children and adolescents in daily life

• Independent preparation and implementation of experiential pedagogical offers and projects

• Individual promotion of cognitive, motor, and linguistic development as well as social competencies

• Promoting the independent and self-responsible lives of children and adolescents, e.g., in building and maintaining social contacts

• Documentation and reporting

• Participation in supervisions, team meetings, and professional working days

Qualification

• Independent work, ability to analyze and evaluate complex issues

• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, resilience

• Fluent in spoken and written language
