LUMEUS by EmoTrain GmbH - Mental Health Startup | Remote / Hybrid

We are LUMEUS by EmoTrain GmbH - a growing Emotional-Health-Startup with an emotion-based, scientifically founded method that is offered through our digital training programs via the LUMEUS App and Web-platforms. Our solution has already been successfully established in the market, certified, and reimbursed by all German statutory health insurance companies. We work closely with scientists, doctors, and therapists.

We are looking for a technically skilled, solution-oriented work student (m/w/d) who supports us at the interface of website, shop, tools, and operational daily business.

You will work closely with the management team and help to further develop our digital infrastructure in a stable, user-friendly, and scalable manner.

Aufgaben

Website & Landing Pages

• Maintenance, further development, and technical support of our website using AI Tool
• Creation and optimization of landing pages (e.g., for campaigns, courses, special offers)
• Implementation of smaller features, adjustments, and technical improvements
• Ensuring performance, functionality, and clean user guidance

Shop & Product-Integration

• Setting up and linking digital products (e.g., digital courses) in the shop
• Integration of payment providers, access, vouchers, and automated flows
• Support for releases of new products and offers

Tech Operations & Systemhandling

• Handling customer inquiries (access, accounts, purchases, technical issues)
• Troubleshooting system and tool problems (website, shop, payment, email, app-related systems)
• Coordination and follow-up of solutions across multiple tools and platforms
• Operative handling of refunds, voucher access, and special cases with payment and platform partners

Customer Support

• Friendly, structured processing of customer inquiries (email/tool-based)
• Tech initial diagnosis for user problems
• Closely coordinating with Tech and Management to improve the User Experience

Qualifikation

You ideally bring

• Studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatik, Digital Business, Web Development or comparable
• Tech understanding for websites, CMS, and newsletter tools, landing pages, and digital tools
• First experience with AI Tools for creating websites, web technologies, shop systems, or No-Code/Low-Code tools
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work style
• Pleasure in analyzing problems and finding pragmatic solutions
• Very good German language skills
• Very good English language skills
