Job description
Your Team
Three days, 70,000 people, countless questions, and you right in the middle of it all: Our Customer Support Team is the central point of contact for all visitors at the OMR Festival. Whether it's a lost ticket, a forgotten Masterclass application, or the question of when the program starts: We are the ones who have the answers. And we ensure that everyone goes home with a good feeling.
For the crucial period from April 1st to June 11th, 2027, we are looking for reinforcement – as a working student or for short-term employment.
Do you enjoy helping others, can you keep a clear head even in the hustle and bustle, and do you want to experience the OMR Festival 2027 as part of the team? Then join us!
Where You Really Make a Difference
- Before and after the festival, you will answer inquiries by email together with the team, for example about tickets, Masterclass applications, or invoices, ensuring that no one is left without an answer.
- On the festival days, you will be on-site at the support counter or managing last-minute inquiries from the back office.
- For tricky cases, you will coordinate with the appropriate OMR teams and find a solution together.
- Depending on the need, you will support the Festival & Events team with organizational tasks related to the festival.
What Sets You Apart
- You enjoy interacting with people and can empathize well with the questions and challenges of our visitors.
- You communicate in a friendly and patient manner and remain likeable, even when someone is stressed.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way and remain calm when things get hectic.
- You enjoy working in a team, are willing to pitch in, and can quickly get started with new tasks. You will learn all the details during your onboarding.
- You speak and write German very well and can communicate effectively in English.
- Around the festival days, it's an exceptional situation for us, in the best sense. Therefore, you are flexible for early or late shifts, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays. We will, of course, plan the shifts together with you.
What's In It For You
- The opportunity to contribute to one of the most exciting German media companies.
- A feel-good office with height-adjustable desks, massage chairs, a mini-gym, a summer deck, and much more, located directly in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel.
- Freshly prepared delicacies from our campus team, as well as a large selection of muesli and drinks.
- Company fitness through EGYM Wellpass, mental health offers from nilo, and company pension schemes.
- Flexible working hours and heycare for childcare, pet care, or caring for relatives, and greater work-life balance.
- Bicycle leasing, subsidy for the HVV ProfiCard, JobAuto, and employee discounts on partner products.
- Access to all OMR further training formats and a steep learning curve in digital fields.
- The opportunity to network with players in the digital scene through the OMR cosmos.
If you want to drive to the office with a good mood in the future, we look forward to receiving your application. Please send a short cover letter, your resume, and your salary expectations to Julia Thiele.
