Every order is packed with love and care and tailored individually to each customer. Even after our jewelry has left the Wiesbaden office, we are there for questions and problems - We offer our customers a personal and direct help as well as support, with the goal of finding the best possible solution.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• You are the central interface between our customers and our team
• You answer questions, solve problems, and are open to suggestions for improvement
• You build a strong, diverse, and friendly community with us
• Every interaction with customers is an opportunity to win a long-term fan. With this approach, you strive to show our spirit in every interaction with our customers and create enthusiasm for SOL in the long term
• Great community management means to us joy and passion in interacting with customers. Our customers should feel heard and understood - and that's where you'll be confronted with many different reactions, from anger to frustration to enthusiasm and joy. That you always keep your positive attitude and a cool head is essential for us
• You work closely with our pack team together to fulfill all wishes
• You process customer requests multiple times a week - but can adjust your working hours flexibly
• With your energy, knowledge, and skills, you support us in other tasks as well and will become an enrichment for the entire SOL team

Qualifikation

You should bring:

• You love human contact and constant exchange with a community, always approaching our customers' questions and comments with friendliness and empathy
• You take care of our customers' interests with your friendly, considerate, and open approach
• You work independently, organized, and structured
• First experience in customer service is an advantage but not necessarily required
• You master German at a native level and conversational English
• You can dedicate at least 12 hours per week to your tasks (in person, no home office possible)
