Our real estate specialists manage a nationwide portfolio of commercial and residential properties with real estate assets of approximately EUR 3.5 billion for renowned clients.

Your Role

You will support our team

01 Fund Management

e.g., in the portfolio management of ongoing funds and mandates, in the preparation of property, fund, and client reports, as well as in the preparation of decision proposals.

02 Asset Management

e.g., in the leasing and marketing of spaces, the preparation of business plans and property-specific client reports, as well as the implementation of measures at the property.

03 Strategy & Sustainability

e.g., in the realization of sustainability projects at the mandate and property level, implementation and further development of the ESG strategy, as well as corporate governance and risk management tasks.

You will impress us with

• Your completed Bachelor's degree and an ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration & Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil / Industrial Engineering

• Your ability to independently develop new ideas and implement them with personal responsibility

• Very good German and English language skills

• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Your quick adaptability and learning ability to new challenges

• Your organizational talent, commitment, initiative, and hands-on mentality

• Your authentic and helpful demeanor – you are a team player you can rely on
