Working Student in Business Informatics – Remote (m/f/d)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency from Frankfurt and are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the areas of IT management, digitalization, automation & processes!

What exactly does Roman Mayer GmbH do?

We are a marketing agency that designs advertising campaigns for well-known coaches, consultants, experts, and personal brands. Our focus is on creating advertising texts for websites, print marketing, email marketing, and social media.

As a working student in Business Informatics (m/f/d), you will support us in systematizing process workflows, implementing projects, and introducing new processes in our company. You will gain real practical experience alongside your studies and work with us on the future of our agency.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Support of the (SaaS) applications used within the company

• Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software

• Documentation & conception of digital business processes

• Planning and introduction of new software & IT solutions

• Connecting standard solutions via interfaces

• Developing & implementing automations for everyday tasks

• User training & support

• Error analysis & troubleshooting

Compensation: €20 per hour for up to 20 hours per week.

During semester breaks, you can work more hours by arrangement, and during exam periods, you can work fewer hours if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration with an IT focus

• Completed basic studies (at least 4 semesters)

• The ability to follow existing processes

• Quick comprehension and high discipline

• Good handling of performance pressure

• Strong team player

• Clean and error-free written expression in German

• Prior knowledge in areas such as online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc., is advantageous but not required.
