Working Student:in Wholesale (m/f/d) - 16h-20h/Week

In your role as a Working Student:in Wholesale (m/f/d), you will become an important part of our Wholesale team and will support us with a variety of exciting and challenging tasks in communication with our customers, in project management, and at the interface to Finance and Operations (Logistics), as well as Production, which will offer you valuable insights into the sales world and promote your professional development.

• Preparation, follow-up, and documentation of customer inquiries and order processes

• Creation and maintenance of customer and sales documentation, presentations, and offers

• Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Product Management)

• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system

• Support in the automation of processes

• Market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities

• Organization and coordination of meetings, trade fairs, and business trips

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business, communication, or a comparable field of study

• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Keynote, LLMs,, initial knowledge of Shopify and/or Salesforce is an advantage

• Meticulous, structured, and reliable way of working

• Analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension

• High interest in AI and digital automation

• Initial practical experience in sales is an advantage

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• You are enthusiastic about smart, new products, quality, and design

• You speak fluent English and German
