Work Student*in - Web Sites, Digital Platforms & AI Automation (m/w/d) in Kassel, hybrid, 12 to 20 hours per week

CAPERA is a nationwide personnel consulting firm. We are modernizing our digital basis – websites/platforms and internal collaboration – and connect it with KI workflows that make our work in research, projects, and documentation significantly more efficient.

Tasks

Your focus:

You support us in web/platform tasks (WordPress, server migration, SharePoint/intranet) and build parallel KI-based workflows to improve processes in a personnel consulting firm end-to-end.

Your tasks:

• Webserver & website modernization: Support in moving our webserver, setting up WordPress (clean, structured, documented), and technical stabilization/development.
• WordPress pragmatically manage: Implement pages/landing pages, maintain content, use plugins sensibly, ensure quality.
• SharePoint/intranet configure: Build page structures, configure permissions/logic within the framework, internal information pages structured (MS365 environment).
• KI & automation link: Build workflows with Langdock, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Copilot, and n8n that do not only affect marketing but also knowledge, documentation, research, interview outputs, and internal collaboration.
• Project focus & communication: You keep the red thread, document decisions, and explain clearly what's happening now and what's next.

Qualification

• Study in Business Informatics (or very close).
• German at least C1 level.
• You are technically quick to grasp, work structured, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• You can explain well and remain clear even when there are multiple construction sites.

Tech Profile:

• Must: Securely handle WordPress (pages/content, standard plugins, clean publication), basic technical understanding, and enthusiasm for getting into hosting/SharePoint.
• Very welcome: Basic knowledge in topics like hosting/domain/DNS/SSL/backups, page builder/HTML/CSS, performance/SEO/tracking, and SharePoint structuring.
