Tasks

• Tender Management: Screening relevant tender platforms, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating suitable tenders
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Observing market trends and competitors, deriving strategic insights for further developing our market position
• Sales & Marketing Support: Creating and developing presentations, flyers, company profiles, and other sales and marketing materials
• Sales Support: Supporting the preparation of offers and maintaining and updating customer and sales databases
• Sales Activities: Participating in planning, preparing, and conducting sales actions and customer events
• Event Management: Supporting the organization and implementation of trade fairs, conferences, network meetings, and other events
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Preparing sales data, creating evaluations, KPI analyses, and reports on sales performance
• Project Support: Contributing to exciting cross-sectional projects in sales and marketing

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, International Management, Law, Economic Engineering, or a comparable program
• A strong interest in sales, marketing, and economic connections
• Excellent communication skills and joy in dealing with people
• A structured, self-reliant, and meticulous work style
• Fast comprehension and high initiative
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Idealistically first practical experiences in sales, marketing, or business development
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
