You are studying business administration, insurance, or something comparable and want to bring theory into practice? You have a desire to look behind the scenes of insurance products and actively participate in their further development? Then you're exactly right with us.

• You support us in analyzing and developing our insurance products and processes and gain deep insights into the product world.
• You work closely with internal teams as well as external partners and learn how to combine requirements from different perspectives.
• You create and maintain product and process documentation and help with organizational and administrative topics.
• You research market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs and bring your findings actively into play.
• You support the coordination between various departments and contribute to a smooth workflow in the product team.

This is what you bring

• You are enrolled in a study program in business administration, economics, insurance, or a comparable field.
• You are interested in the insurance industry and want to deepen your knowledge practically; initial experiences with product or process analysis are a plus, but not a must.
• You work analytically, structured, and keep an overview even when dealing with complex topics.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You work independently, bring initiative, and have fun working in a team.
