We are looking for a motivated person to support our Marketing & Sales Team. This includes, among other things, various online marketing activities in the area of social media and content creation for the various marketing channels, creating offers, and planning new marketing campaigns. In addition, there will be many other areas of application, offering insights into numerous subject areas.

About the company:

Innovation4Van (PlugVan) develops and produces modular solutions for the flexible and sustainable multiple use of commercial vehicles.
With the modules, every panel van becomes a camper, a mobile workshop, a goods transporter, or a mobile office. The conversion takes only 5 minutes and can be done by one person. Slide in, secure, drive off - without modifications to the base vehicle. Make better use of existing commercial vehicles instead of putting new ones on the road!

Tasks

Details/Key Responsibilities for the
open position:

- Creation of content (photos, videos, texts)

- Preparation of online and offline events (trade fairs, roadshows)
- Management of social media accounts
- Editorial support of the website
- Support in SEO/SEA
- Preparation and execution of sales activities (online/offline)
- Contacting already interested, potential customers
- Creation and management of offers and leads
- Strategic further development of the online sales channel

Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

- Good command of common MS Office programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Canva experience or willingness to learn it
- Careful and detail-oriented way of working
- Management of diverse tasks in the marketing area

Education:

- Studies in all disciplines possible, focus in economics/marketing or communication-related fields is an advantage
- Career changers are also welcome

Existing practical experience:

- First practical experience in marketing/online retail is advantageous, e.g., through internships, concrete work experience, or private projects

Social Competencies:

- Reliability
- Open and communicative demeanor
- Independent working
- Active thinking and co-creation
- Teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for camping/outdoor activities is an advantage :)

Other:

- Very good German language skills at native speaker level and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Driving license (desirable)
