Werkstudent*in Technical Operations & Support for ERADIANT SaaS (m/w/d)

We are a small team and building with ERADIANT a rapidly growing Event Management Platform.

We are looking for support in the area of Technical Operations & Support with a clear focus on implementing custom solutions for projects, technical support, and deploy infrastructure.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Technical Support & Communication: Point of contact for our customers with technical questions or problems regarding the ERADIANT-Platform
• Server administration
• Development: Independent project-specific adaptations and planning of new features
• Optimization of support processes and documentation for a better user experience

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Gute understanding of Datenbanken (RLS, Postgres/Supabase)
• Service-Mindset: Enjoy direct contact with customers
• Tech-Stack: Proficient handling of TypeScript, React/Next.js (or comparable)
• Server administration: Docker Swarm, Traefik
• Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Production Systemen
• Webdesign: A good eye for modern web design and user-friendly UI/UX
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills (comparable to C2) for customer support as well as very good English language skills
• Arbeitsweise: Structured, proactive, and self-reliant work style; solution-oriented thinking is a given for you.
• Commitment: Enjoy growing with us in the team, commitment for at least 9 months (takeover perspective) and regular presence in our office in Munich
• Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit Git, effiziente und sichere Anwendung von AI-Agents
• Studienhintergrund: You are a registered student at a German university

Our founding team is full of ideas and energy to create unforgettable and at the same time sustainable events! We work flexibly, but personally: For this role, it's important for us that you can come regularly to our office in the Maxvorstadt (remote work is possible to some extent).

Mit ERADIANT support event managers in planning events simply and efficiently. ERADIANT offers ticketing, speaker-, contact- and program management and representation, automated mass mailings as well as seamless CRM integration.

Framework conditions:

Salary: 17-20 Euro per hour (depending on previous experience)
Hourly rate: 15-20 hours per week
Location: Munich (hybrid)
Duration: At least 9 months
