Working Student: Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will take on real responsibility in identifying and approaching executives and will accompany candidates throughout the entire recruiting process. You will support our Executive Recruiting for Germany, Poland, and global positions, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure that every candidate has a first-class experience. In doing so, you will get to know the complete value chain of demanding personnel acquisition in an internationally growing company.

PERGOLUX develops and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products such as pergolas and garden furniture directly to end customers. With around 300 employees, a nine-figure turnover, and a presence in eight countries, we are one of the most consistently growing companies in our industry.

Your Tasks

• You will research and identify executives via LinkedIn, Boolean Search, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies and build strong pipelines across functions and markets.

• You will manage the candidate journey from the first contact to the shortlist, coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and updates, and ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience.

• You will be gradually trained in initial candidate screenings and contribute to the evaluation in the selection process, including insights into interviews and assessment frameworks.

• You will observe industry trends, talent movements, and organizational structures of competitors and create strategic talent maps from them.

• You will maintain up-to-date pipeline reports and share relevant insights with the hiring teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Your Profile

• You are studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Bachelor/Master) and still have at least 2-3 semesters of study left.

• You have initial experience in recruiting, HR, or demanding customer contact; an interest in Executive Search and strategic HR is a plus.

• You communicate clearly and empathetically in very good German (C1) and fluent English, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy approaching people.

• You work in a structured and committed manner, keep processes moving, and keep an eye on pipelines and progress.

• You are comfortable using sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and spreadsheets, and handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.

💼 Compensation — €15 per hour (gross)
