As a working student in Supply Chain Management, you will be an important part of our team, actively supporting us with order processing, coordination of transports, and assistance with raw material requisitions from our warehouse.

With your structured and independent way of working, you will contribute directly to the success and growth of our company!

Your tasks include:

• You will monitor our orders daily in our ERP systems (Xentral, everstox etc.) and ensure that all deliveries to customers, suppliers, and retailers are shipped and delivered on time. You will also plan, organize, and announce transports to suppliers and to the retail trade with our freight forwarding partners.
• You are the guardian of our inventory at the fulfillment service provider. You will regularly check our inventory (expiry date tracking), handle rebookings, and reliably record incoming goods and inventory movements.
• You will evaluate and analyze our transport costs monthly to identify optimization potential.
• You will coordinate weekly with all relevant stakeholders regarding forecasts, promotions, or special orders.
• You will be fully involved in annual inventories and ad-hoc projects.
• You will be responsible for the weekly review and approval of freight forwarder and service provider invoices.

• You are studying business administration, logistics, supply chain management, business economics, or a comparable degree program.
• You already have initial practical experience (internships or working student positions) in operations, fulfillment, logistics, or the FMCG sector.
• ERP and fulfillment systems do not intimidate you – ideally, you have worked with Xentral, everstox, or similar systems.
• You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks. You have a good understanding of numbers and think in a solution-oriented way.
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and are eager to take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility.
