Working Student Strategy / Research (m/f/d)

One of the leading communications agencies in Germany with more than 300 employees. We offer the complete package: conception, creation, editorial, organization, campaigns, social media, and technological platforms. We support clients from business, politics, society, and media. And we develop everything they need for effective communication: social media campaigns, magazines, TV commercials, and websites. From the strategic core idea to technical implementation. Preferably for the complex issues of our time.

• Research of target group-oriented insights
• Support in the development of brand and communication strategies
• Support in the development of customer journey(s)
• Research and evaluation of significant consumption, consumer, and societal trends
• Support in the planning, execution, and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative research designs
• Support in the definition and analysis of relevant brand and campaign KPIs

You are currently studying marketing, business psychology, psychology, communication studies, economics, or a comparable field and want to support us. First practical experience in the form of internships would be fantastic. But it's not a must.

What's much more important: You have the desire. For people, brands, target groups, current events, and above all, data.
Also important: You are clear in your thinking, precise in your analysis. You know how to concisely summarize complex topics in a small space. And here it comes: You enjoy data and engaging with it. Tracking data, social listening, search volumes, opinion and market research. Now you know what your statistics lectures were good for.
With this, you will make an important contribution to finding exciting insights, on the basis of which precise creative briefs or analyses can be created.

Despite your love for teamwork, you can also work independently and conscientiously and responsibly implement the tasks assigned to you.

A working student for the Strategy / Research department. In Berlin. Starting immediately, preferably soon. For a collaboration of at least 18 months.
