Tasks

No ticket system marathon. At our company, you develop software that really works.

What awaits you:

• Short development cycles, testing technical feasibility and implementing directly
• You implement software features together with the team, from backend service to embedded component
• You gain insight into real projects: control unit for digital automatic coupling (DAK), cloud connection, diagnostic data streams
• You take on independent task packages and report if you're stuck before the package fails
• You work directly with developers and hardware together, from sensor to data visualization

Qualification

This fits you:

✅ You have a passion for software development and build yourself, not just document

✅ You are in a running study of computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, business informatics or a comparable field (from 3rd semester)

✅ You bring Python basics and experience with web technologies or hardware-related programming (e.g. own projects, internships, GitHub)

✅ You think analytically and structure complex tasks

✅ You enjoy diving into new topics, even if the stack is still foreign today

✅ Bonus, but not a must: First contact with embedded systems (Linux boards like Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers like STM32 or ESP32), containers and virtualization (Docker, VMs), Git, REST or MQTT, railway affinity

✅ Formal: Very good German language skills, English at B2 level. Office anchor Karlsruhe. The work is hands-on, no pure remote setup.
