Work Student*in Social Media/Community Management (all genders)

Aufgaben

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You are responsible for monitoring and responding to service inquiries over social media for our customers from the FMCG industry.
• You write careful and creative responses for user concerns.
• You create reports in Excel and Powerpoint format, as well as using our reporting tools.
• You take on small social media management projects independently.
• You support our social media team with tasks in our daily business.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are an enrolled student.
• You are available up to 20 hours per week.
• You have fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• You work independently and structured.
• You can communicate well, have a quick understanding ability, and a high sense of self-responsibility.
• You can write texts linguistically appealing and error-free.
• You are open, tolerant, and eager for the #OneTwoTeam.
• If something doesn't work as it should, you master it solution-oriented.
• You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
