Working Student: Social Media Advertising / Content Creation (all genders)

POV: You are looking for a working student job that not only pays your (overpriced) rent but throws you right into the wonderful world of social media ads. And not at the copier, but where the content is really created.

We are Dschungel – a creative performance agency from Berlin.

We grow big consumer brands from Beauty, Nutrition, Home & Living, and more through Paid Social. You will be the hub for content production: you find the right creators, plan shoots, and ensure that we always have fresh material that really performs in the feed.

Tasks

• Creator Sourcing: You scout suitable creators for our brands on Instagram, TikTok & Co., approach them, and build a real creator pool. From Gen-Z voices to grandmothers from Berlin.
• Content Production & Shoots: You plan and coordinate shoots on-site in Berlin, with real clients, creators, or extras, and you also get hands-on with native social formats and are happy to stand in front of the camera yourself if necessary.
• Project Management: As an organizational talent, you keep all threads together: briefings, appointments, availability, and material. Nothing gets lost with you.
• Communication: You are the interface between creators, client management, and video editing.
• Creative Input: Your ideas are in demand. You bring fresh angles to the team, always with an eye on what really works on Meta.

Qualifications

• Studies: You are ideally studying in the field of Marketing, Communication, or E-Commerce (or you are simply passionate about this topic).
• Experience: You have already worked as a working student – ideally in an agency, a start-up, or for an e-commerce company.
• Social Media Mindset: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube – you understand what people want to see (and what they don't) and recognize good creators immediately.
• Tech Affinity: AI and new tools don't scare you; they motivate you to broaden your horizons. You learn quickly and have already written an occasional prompt.
• Communication Skills: You approach people openly. Approaching creators and coordinating shoots is not stressful for you; it's fun.
• Team Spirit: You communicate transparently and with the best intentions, are curious about other perspectives, and open to honest feedback – every voice counts with us (really).
• Your Ambition: Ideally, you want to start full-time in Paid Social after graduation. Because we are looking for team players for the future.
• Plus, not a must: You enjoy filming yourself or even being in front of the camera and showing creators how a good take works.
