We are Dschungel – a creative performance agency from Berlin.

We bring big consumer brands from Beauty, Nutrition, Home & Living and Co. over Paid Social to grow. At your fingertips run the threads of content production: You find suitable creators on Instagram, TikTok & Co. for our brands, speak to them, and build a real creator pool. From Gen-Z voices to Grandma from Berlin.

Aufgaben

• Creator Sourcing: You scout passable creators on Instagram, TikTok & Co. for our brands, talk to them, and build a real creator pool. From Gen-Z voices to Grandma from Berlin.
• Content-Produktion & Drehs: You plan and coordinate shoots on location in Berlin with real customers, creators or extras, and even get involved yourself in native social formats and sometimes even stand in front of the camera.
• Projektmanagement: You hold as an organizational talent all threads together: briefings, dates, availability, and material. Nothing gets lost at your hands.
• Kommunikation: You are the interface between creators, customer service, and video editing.
• Kreativer Input: Your ideas are in demand. You bring fresh angles to the team, always with a view on what really works on Meta.

Qualifikation

• Studium: You ideally study marketing, communication or e-commerce (or you just burn for this topic).
• Erfahrung: You have already worked as a work-study student - ideally in an agency, start-up or for an e-com company.
• Social Media Mindset: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - you understand what people want to see (and what not) and recognize good creators immediately.
• Tech-Affinität: AI and new tools don't scare you, but motivate you to expand your horizon. You learn quickly and have already written one or two prompts.
• Kommunikationsstärke: You go openly to people. Creators address and shoots coordinate is no stress for you, but makes you happy.
• Teamfähigkeit: You communicate transparently and with the best intentions, are curious about other perspectives and open to honest feedback - at our place every voice counts (really).
• Deine Ambition: You want to start full-time in Paid Social after studying. Because we're looking for team players for the future.
• Plus, kein Muss: You have fun shooting or even standing in front of the camera and showing creators how a good take runs.
