Working Student: Social Media and Newsletter (m/f/d), remote

I am Nadine Brandstätter, a tax advisor specializing in corporations. My firm is completely digital and location-independent. I support managing directors of limited liability companies in utilizing their structure for tax purposes and building wealth.

On Instagram and LinkedIn, I regularly post about taxes and current topics in a way that entrepreneurs can make use of. Additionally, there is a newsletter for shareholders of limited liability companies. For production, there is already a fixed process that repeats every two weeks: from planning through implementation to evaluation. I am looking for support with this.

The position is deliberately formulated openly. We will agree on hours, working times, and focus areas together.

Your Tasks

• You will take over research and implement Reels, Carousels, and Posts for Instagram and LinkedIn. The content comes from me; you will design it in Canva, edit short videos, and schedule everything in Metricool.

• You will prepare the newsletter, set it up, and take care of sending it out.

• You will maintain our editorial calendar in Notion and keep track of deadlines.

• You will evaluate which posts perform well and contribute your own ideas.

• You will work with tools like Claude, Canva, and Edits and help me further optimize the processes.

What You Bring

• You are enrolled at a university in Germany, for example, in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.

• You know Instagram and LinkedIn from a user's perspective and have a feel for what works.

• You have already worked with Canva and edit short videos on your phone or computer. Experience with Metricool, Notion, or a newsletter tool is welcome.

• You write cleanly and are not afraid of tax topics. You don't need specialized knowledge; I will provide the content.

• You work reliably and are self-organized and communicate when something is unclear.

What I Offer You

• You will work completely remotely, from wherever you want, as long as it is within Germany.

• You will work up to 20 hours per month during the lecture period; during semester breaks, by arrangement, also more. You will adjust your working hours to your studies. We will start with six months; a longer collaboration is expressly desired.

• You will learn how content marketing for an expert brand works, from idea to evaluation.

• You will work with current AI tools and build automated processes with me.

• You have short communication lines to me and receive direct feedback.

• Remuneration: EUR 15 to 18 per hour, depending on experience
