We are Promtum, a young team with startup spirit, located in Bremen. We support companies in becoming visible in social media marketing - with real ideas, exciting formats, and enthusiasm for new things. At our company, perfection is not what matters, but trying out, learning, and growing together.

Tasks

You love social media and want to learn how to build channels successfully? Then you're exactly right with us! With us, you'll get the chance to learn everything step by step that you need for everyday work in a social media agency.

• Support in planning & publishing content
• Participation in editorial plans, theme finding & text ideas
• Videocutting (e.g. with CapCut or Canva - we'll show you how it's done)
• Community management: answering comments & DMs, discovering trends
• Insights into reports & what makes good posts successful
• Participation in small shoots or travels - your ideas are welcome!

Qualification

You don't have to be a social media pro - what's important is your motivation to learn something new.

• You enjoy Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• You like writing short, creative texts
• You're curious, open, and work well in a team
• You have the desire to take responsibility and try out things
• A portfolio or own projects are super - but not a must!
