Student Assistant Social Media Marketing (m/w/d) - 15-20 hours per week

Pflegewächter is one of the leading institutions in Germany when it comes to care grade and care counseling. We support people in need of care and their relatives by checking the care grade, correcting mistakes, and organizing care. Our work is now also recognized by media and partners as an expert voice in the care sector.

To reach even more people with our message, we are looking for you: a creative student assistant who can bring our themes to life on social media. You understand how Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc. work, and you're eager to tell an important societal topic in a modern, approachable, and high-reach way.

Tasks

• You develop, plan, and create content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) - from the idea to the finished post.
• You produce reels, short videos, and graphics that transport our care themes in a clear and appealing way.
• You write captions, hooks, and texts that fit our target audience. You keep an eye on trends, formats, and relevant topics and actively bring your own ideas into play.
• You manage the community: You respond to comments and messages and build exchange with our followers.
• You analyze key figures and help us improve our content continuously.

Qualification

• You have an eye for design, have already worked with Canva, CapCut, etc., and privately cut videos for social media.
• Identification with our vision and values and an unbeatable startup spirit.
• You are enrolled as a student (e.g., marketing, media, communication – or simply with great passion for social media).
• You live on social media and know what works - ideally, you have already created content yourself.
• You work independently, reliably, and bring your own ideas with you.
