Junior Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

To take our online presence to the next level, we are looking for a creative, digitally-minded junior social media manager who is eager to make our brand omnipresent – on all relevant platforms.

Tasks

As a junior social media manager, you will be primarily responsible for strategically and creatively building our online visibility:

• Planning, creating, and publishing content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co.
• Developing content ideas, hooks, and storylines for maximum reach
• Independent creation of reels, short videos & story formats
• Maintaining and expanding our community (comments, DMs, interaction)
• Monitoring trends, sounds & platform algorithms
• Supporting the development of a strong, recognizable online brand
• Analyzing performance (reach, engagement, growth)
• Closely collaborating with management & marketing

Qualification

You should bring this:

• You are an enrolled student (e.g. Marketing, Media, Communication, etc.)
• Social media is not just a hobby for you, but passion
• A very good sense of trends, aesthetics & viral content
• Familiarity with Instagram & TikTok (private or professional)
• First experience with video editing (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)
• Creative thinking & independent work style
• Very good German language skills
• Bonus: first experience with brand building or personal branding
