You love timeless fashion, aesthetics, and design? As a student assistant (m/w/d) at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you will shape the visual and content identity of our premium lifestyle brand. From creating content for our social media channels to direct interaction with our community. With your sense of aesthetics, trends, and user behavior, you bring in your own ideas and develop our brand on social media actively further.

Tasks

• Social Media & Content: Creation, maintenance, and optimization of content for our social media channels (posts, stories, reels)
• Productions & Content Planning: Support in shootings and content productions as well as planning and coordination of contents
• Community & Brand: Support in communication with our community and ensuring consistent brand presence.
• Office & Organization: Participation in organizational tasks that help shape our office as a place to feel good.
• We are very structured on the go: OKRs (Scale-up), clear processes, and documentation are central for us, so you should feel comfortable

Qualification

• Your own experience with social media, either for your own representation or in active support of a brand
• or theoretical knowledge through your studies in the field of marketing, media, or communication sciences
• Sense of brand fit and collaborations
• A high level of responsibility and self-employment
• An excellent expression ability in word and writing
• Minimum basic knowledge of layout and photography
• Availability in the hybrid model to be present weekly in our office in Berlin
