Intern: Social Media & Content (m/w/d)

We're building a unique boutique social media consulting agency with Piggyback.

Our goal is to help brands that excite us get started on social media the right way.

We do this by developing social media strategies and then going into teams as interim reinforcements within our Accelerator Program. Together, we develop content and channels, optimize processes (including AI) and set up teams so they can be sustainably successful.

At the same time, we create a workplace at Piggyback where we all want to work.

Tasks

• Community Management, answering comments and DMs
• Planning & Organization: Plan content in advance, create posts, publish and support reporting.
• Video productions at various project partners and our own agency presence
• Production management and joint planning with the team
• Editing / Post-production of content for organic social media and ads in social media style for 9:16
• Trends & Research: A good radar for online culture, new formats & relevant topics

Qualification

• Linguistic feeling: You write confidently and creatively – German at a native level (or C1) and very good English.
• Experience: First-hand experience in the social media field, e.g. through internships, university projects or your own social accounts.
• Team spirit: Reliable, communicative and open to collaboration.
• Social-first: Passion for online culture, trends and community building.
• Hands-on: Willingness to roll up sleeves, find solutions and learn new things.
