We are westwind stories, a boutique brand agency from the Ruhr region. We build brands for the middle class with a sense of history, attitude, and style. Now we're looking for a creative force that can bring our stories and own brand to life on social media. With energy, ideas, and a sense of what people want to see today.

Tasks

• You make westwind visible on social media; with content that stands out, not just blends in
• You develop formats and reels for us and our clients: from idea to cut
• You bring our podcast formats forward. Holistically. As clips, reels, and contributions, not just audio
• You accompany shoots and photo productions and think directly with how the material affects all channels
• You stay on the pulse: trends, sounds, formats, new tools... You bring them in before we ask

Qualification

Show us:

• You're already doing it. A personal channel, blog, format, community... regardless of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, or something entirely unique. As long as people see: Here's someone who understands how to build reach and impact today.
• You produce and edit content yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Reels, whatever your tool is)
• You understand Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Co. as a creator: not just a user
• You work independently, quickly, and bring in your own ideas instead of waiting for tasks
• You have a sense of aesthetics, timing, and presence – online and offline

A plus:

• Experience with podcast production and evaluation
• Know-how in photography and film
• You're studying something related to marketing, media, or communication
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of Meta Ads
