As a Working Student: Social Media & Content Creator Marketing (m/f/d), you will bring our brand to life on social media and implement successful creator collaborations as well as organic content formats. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager, the Production Managers, and the Performance Marketing Team, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for organizational, creative, and operational tasks – from planning and publishing content to managing our influencer collaborations.

Your Tasks:

• Support in the sourcing, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators.

• Management of administrative documents such as NDAs, cost estimates, and contracts.

• Coordination and communication with influencers before and after productions (e.g., scheduling, briefings, material deliveries, and feedback loops).

• Support with influencer briefings and campaign documents.

• Support in the development of organic content formats.

• Project management, planning, and publication of social media content.

• Writing captions for social media posts.

• Monitoring and reporting of our social media and influencer activities.

• Optional: Content creation as an actor in front of the camera.

What You Bring:

• You are an enrolled student and have fluent German language skills.

• You are passionate about social media, creator content, and current platform trends.

• You work independently, proactively, and find pragmatic solutions.

• You are organized and can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.

• You communicate confidently and professionally – especially when interacting with influencers and external partners.

• You bring creativity, enjoy contributing new ideas, and developing existing formats.

• You have a basic understanding of social media metrics.

• First experience with social media management, creator marketing, or tools like Meta Business Suite or TikTok is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Content creation as an actor in front of the camera would be a nice-to-have.
