We are looking for someone who understands social media and is enthusiastic about it. Someone who likes to stand in front of the camera, design content, try things out, and give our brand a real face. No corporation, no rigid framework – but lots of freedom, responsibility, and fun doing what you do.

Aufgaben

Your tasks 🚀

• Creation of video content for Instagram, YouTube & Reddit (Reels, Shorts, simple product & explainer videos)

• On-camera content: You hold products in front of the camera, explain, tell stories, smile – authentically, casually, sympathetically

• Designing content & graphics for social media (posts, slides, thumbnails, simple visuals)

• Independent filming, editing and publishing of content

• Development & maintenance of formats, series and contests

• Further development of our social media channels – creatively and content-wise

• Close cooperation with the management team, lots of feedback, lots of exchange

• Optional: Insights into marketing, growth and business topics beyond social media

Qualifikation

What you should bring ✅

• Very high affinity for social media and a good feeling for trends, formats and platforms

• Outgoing personality and joy in regularly standing in front of the camera

• Very good English (content for the US market)

• Design affinity and an eye for layout, aesthetics & image language – printing knowledge is advantageous but not necessarily necessary

• Experience with graphic and content tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) as well as video tools (CapCut, Premiere, InShot etc.)

• Independent, structured working style – you can drive topics independently

• Joy in taking responsibility and further developing yourself
