Our office is located in an old variety theater right in the heart of Berlin. There you'll meet unique character heads as colleagues and receive fresh perspectives from the political, economic, and media world at regular training sessions in our internal academies.

About the Job

As a Student Assistant in Social Media Account Management, you will take on responsibility from day one and become an important part of our team.

Your Tasks

➡️ Instagram Channel Management – The focus of your work lies on the self-responsible management and further development of the Instagram account of a client.

➡️ Customer Communication – You are the central point of contact for the customer and ensure clear, professional coordination.

➡️ Content Preparation – You prepare content for the Instagram channel, create captions, briefings, and support the content implementation.

➡️ Content Planning – You maintain the content planner and ensure a structured, term-based publication.

➡️ Strategy & Theme Development – You research relevant themes, formats, and trends and actively bring them into the content planning.

➡️ Process & Quality Support – You work on optimizing content and coordination processes.

You Bring

✅ Social Media Affinity – You have an interest in social media, especially Instagram, and ideally bring first-hand experience with channel management.

✅ Communication Strength – You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally – internally and externally with clients.

✅ Text & Content Security – You have experience in writing texts and a very good sense of language.

✅ Structured Work Style – You work independently, reliably, and carefully and keep track of tasks and deadlines.

✅ Trend Awareness – You are interested in new formats, trends, and developments on Instagram.

✅ Eigenverantwortung – You take responsibility for your tasks and work solution-oriented in the team.

✅ Linguistic Skills – You possess very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
