Service & Operations and Accounting
Location: Frankfurt am Main

Tasks

• Support our service team with inquiries from customers and brokers
• Processing of insurance applications
• Entry of commission statements
• Various exciting projects based on personal suitability / individual agreement

For all tasks, you will receive onboarding from your future colleagues. Further activities will arise depending on individual strengths and interests – feel free to state these in your application.

Qualification

• You are still studying for at least three semesters
• You demonstrate initiative, commitment, and teamwork skills
• You enjoy communicating and love solving problems
• You think and act with a customer and service orientation
• You work thoroughly, independently, and conscientiously
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (English is an advantage)
