As a working student, you will ensure that Finanzklar is visible where people are looking for answers to their financial questions – on the sites they trust and in the search results they click. We are looking for someone who doesn't just send mass emails, but builds real partnerships.

Tasks

You will build our network of cooperation partners – from researching suitable sites to the initial contact to the finished publication. The focus is on content collaborations: Partners publish articles on our site, and we publish articles on theirs. This creates valuable content for both sides – and high-quality backlinks for Finanzklar.

Your tasks in detail:

• Research and identification of suitable cooperation partners (e.g., blogs, online magazines, specialized portals, newsletters)
• Evaluation of potential partner sites based on topic relevance, reach, and quality
• Independent contact via email and LinkedIn, as well as professional follow-up
• Initiation and coordination of content collaborations – guest articles from partners on our site, guest posts from Finanzklar on partner sites
• Building high-quality, thematically relevant backlinks within the scope of these collaborations
• Coordination of topics, briefings, and publication dates with partners and the internal team
• Structured maintenance of all contacts, inquiries, and cooperation statuses in outreach lists or the CRM
• Monitoring of published articles and backlinks, as well as regular reporting of results
• Close coordination with our SEO agency and the marketing team

Qualifications

Job Requirements – What you bring

Technical:

• Enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Media, or a comparable degree program
• Genuine interest in finance, economics, and AI – you enjoy engaging with these topics
• Basic understanding of SEO and the importance of backlinks – or the willingness to learn it quickly
• Initial experience in outreach, link building, cooperation management, or PR is a plus – not a requirement
• Affinity for digital tools – knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Sistrix, Ahrefs, or SEMrush) is an advantage
• Clean, error-free German in speaking and writing – mandatory; good English is an advantage

Communication:

• Enjoyment of written communication – you formulate requests that are read and answered
• Confident, likable demeanor towards editorial teams, site operators, and partners
• Persistence and frustration tolerance – not every request will be answered, and that won't throw you off balance
• An instinct for which topics and partners fit Finanzklar – and which do not

Personal:

• High self-motivation – you drive yourself, even when no one is asking
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn – you are ready to absorb and apply a lot in a short time
• Structured and conscientious work style – you maintain an overview of many parallel contacts and document cleanly
• Openness to feedback and willingness for continuous development
• Team player – you work closely with the marketing team and our SEO agency and communicate proactively

Previous experience in link building or outreach is a plus – but not a requirement. What matters is who you are as a person, not what's on your resume.
