As Work Student:in (Sales), it is your goal to support the Key-Account and Field Sales Team operationally. You ensure that our sales managers have a free back, by making sure processes run smoothly in the background, and you are the operational backbone for our growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Listing- & Admin-Support: You support operations by processing new listings and existing ones (e.g., carefully filling out article passes, maintaining and updating customer portals & GS1).

• Sample & Trade Marketing Support: You take over the ordering and shipping of natural samples and musters. Additionally, you organize the distribution of trade marketing materials and ensure that our outside sales team is always optimally equipped.

• Messe- & Event-Management: You bring vly to the streets! You plan and accompany B2B & home trade shows (e.g., EDEKA/REWE trade shows). You take over logistics, plan samples, and support our team on-site at the stand.

• Digital Shelf Management: You ensure that vly shines online. You check and optimize product representations (content check) in e-commerce shops of our trade partners.

• Sales-Analysen & Präsentationen: You prepare data for and update it for convincing PowerPoint presentations.

• New Business Support: You take over partial tasks in binding exciting new major customers and answer customer inquiries with service orientation and enthusiasm.

• Growth Perspective: We trust you! If you show initiative and competence, small projects or the care of your first own customers will be yours after an onboarding period.

• Studies: You are enrolled as a student (e.g., BWL, management or similar) for at least one year and have great enthusiasm to learn sales in real life (instead of just in lectures).

• Language: Your German language skills are on at least C1 level, ideally C2 (native speaker level). Your English language skills are at least B2 level (fluent).

• Working Style & Tools: You are proactive, numerate, and Excel and PowerPoint do not cause you any concerns. You work very detail-oriented, which is essential for maintaining portals and article passes.

• Hands-on Mentality: You love challenges, show initiative, and pack up when preparing trade shows, events, and sample shipments.

• Communication: You convince through your open, friendly demeanor to professionally and friendliness greet our customers.

• Availability: You live in Berlin, have a desire to regularly be in the office, and are available to support us occasionally at on-site events.
