Working Student: Sales & Support for Management (m/f/d)

ETA+ digitizes and controls buildings. Our NetZero Platform connects building technology, meters, networks, BIM, and ESG requirements into a consistent data model – transforming scattered system data into reliable decisions for energy consumption and CO₂.

We are around 30 people in Hamburg, Berlin, Darmstadt, and Munich. Short distances, real responsibility from day one, and a team that combines software, measurement technology, and energy management under one roof.

Responsibilities

• You support management in day-to-day operations: research, decision proposals, preparation of key figures, and tracking open issues.
• You will help build our sales pipeline – target customer research among portfolio holders, asset managers, and project developers, initial outreach, and clean maintenance in CRM. You will create quotation and presentation materials for customer meetings and investor rounds, in the ETA+ corporate design.
• You will automate recurring tasks with Claude from Anthropic: research chains, market analyses, quotation components, recurring reporting.
• Together with our AI Lead, you will develop your own agents and skills for sales and management – and document them so that the team can work with them.

Qualifications

• You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate or Energy Management, Business Informatics, or something comparable and are at least in your third semester.
• You don't just use LLMs as a chat, but are eager to build workflows and agents. We expect initial experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools.
• You formulate clearly and concisely in German; you need English for collaboration with our development team. Excel and PowerPoint are tools for you, not obstacles.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and handle confidential management topics appropriately. Interest in energy, buildings, and decarbonization – prior knowledge is welcome, curiosity is enough.
