Tasks

We need you as support for our Sales & Marketing team in the B2B/Cooperations area!
You ensure that everything runs smoothly, keep an overview, and help to win new partners for better at home.

Sales process support

• You research exciting leads and target groups and bring our sales team up-to-date ideas.
• You analyze the market and create reports that help us get even better.
• You keep our CRM system up-to-date and maintain the data of our cooperation partners.

Partner care & communication

• You answer general inquiries by email or phone – always with an open ear and a solution ready.
• You support us at events and online seminars – whether planning, organization, or implementation.
• You support the creation and sending of our monthly newsletters with exciting content

Sales meets marketing

• You take care of sales materials and presentations – clear, appealing, and to the point.
• You help with creating and sending mailings & campaigns – so that our message reaches the right partners.
• You bring yourself into play at trade fair appearances and events and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You support us in keeping our B2B social media accounts up-to-date and bring your ideas for exciting content around better at home.

Qualification

• Structured & independent working style – You keep an overview, work reliably, and find practical solutions.
• Learner's willingness & curiosity – You quickly dive into new topics and have a desire to get involved in sales and marketing processes.
• Communication strength – You can express yourself clearly and professionally, whether by email, phone, or in meetings.
• Technical affinity – You quickly learn new tools and ideally have first experience with CRM systems.
• Team spirit & hands-on mentality – You work well with others, are helpful, and bring yourself actively into the team.
