Even during your studies, you'll gain valuable experience in the management and coordination of teams and locations. As a Retail Operations Manager (working student), you'll be a central part of our retail team. From Rostock, you'll look after 5-6 of our stores, ensure smooth operations, and be the communication interface between headquarters and the branches. Your goal: maintain an overview, create structures, and actively shape things.

Your Mission🧭

• Support Stores: You'll support five to six stores from the headquarters in Rostock, ensuring that processes, standards, and procedures are adhered to and further developed.

• Analyze Key Figures: You'll work with sales, inventory, and reports, deriving concrete recommendations for action from them.

• Communication & Coordination: You'll be the point of contact for store teams, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring a reliable flow of information.

• Create Structures: You'll assist with the planning, organization, and follow-up of store-relevant topics and bring order to processes and documentation.

• Gain Leadership Experience: You'll participate in discussions with Store Managers and Team Leads, learning what it takes to successfully lead teams and locations.

• Take Responsibility: With increasing experience, you'll handle your own topics and projects more and more independently.

What You Bring 💼

• Studies in a Business Field: Ideally, you're studying Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a comparable degree program.

• Structure & Organizational Talent: You work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner – even when multiple tasks are pending simultaneously.

• Affinity for Numbers & Analytical Thinking: You have a good understanding of numbers and an interest in key figures and economic contexts.

• Strong Communication Skills: You communicate in a friendly, confident, and solution-oriented manner and have a good feel for people.

• Good Expressiveness: You possess good written and spoken German and English skills.

• No Sales Professionals Wanted: You don't need extensive professional experience in retail. What's crucial are your willingness to learn, your commitment, and your potential for development.
