Working Student: Retail Expansion / Retail Growth (m/f/d) in Berlin Mitte

At Juit, we enable our customers to eat healthily every day by delivering chef-prepared meals directly to their homes. Our goal is to become the number 1 brand for healthy meals in Germany by offering our customers the best online, food, and delivery experience.

To massively expand our local presence in Berlin Mitte and excite new customers for our brand, we are looking for real doers (m/f/d) for our local store team, starting immediately.

As a working student in Retail Growth, you are our flagship and drive local growth directly at the grassroots level. Your tasks are a mix of hands-on operations and proactive customer acquisition:

• Local Marketing & Customer Acquisition: You are the engine for our foot traffic in the store! You approach passers-by in front of our store charmingly and confidently, draw their attention to our brand, and actively bring them onto the sales floor.

• Brand Ambassadorship & Sales: You are the first touchpoint for our customers. You advise them with enthusiasm, answer questions, and create a shopping experience that remains memorable.

• Store Operations: Growth requires structure. You support daily operations, handle the checkout process, and ensure that our goods are optimally presented and restocked.

• Growth Insights: You are our ear to the market! You collect direct customer feedback and share your insights with the team to continuously improve our local retail strategy.

• You have an open, engaging personality and absolutely no shyness about actively approaching strangers.

• “Hands-on” is your middle name – you enjoy pitching in and can keep an overview even on busy days.

• You are currently enrolled at a university (ideal, but not a must: degree programs such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Retail Management).

• You speak fluent German and English (additional languages are a big plus) and are eager to take on responsibility.

• First experiences in promotion, sales, gastronomy, or retail are great, but your motivation is what counts most!
