Your Position

• You bring our job postings exactly where the best talents are, and ensure that our candidate database always stays up to date
• Together with the Head of Talent Management, you take a look at incoming applications, recognize potential, and make an initial selection of promising candidates
• You're the first point of contact for our applicants, keep them informed, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• You go on talent search through Active Sourcing, speak to suitable candidates directly, and excite them about 1KOMMA5°
• After your onboarding, you'll lead first interviews independently, take responsibility for your own vacancies, and accompany the entire hiring process

Your Profile

• You're still at least two semesters enrolled in a German university's program of Personal or Business Administration and can support us with 15-20 hours per week, ideally on at least 3 days a week, during the semester. In the semester breaks, you'd be happy to work 40 hours.
• You've already gained first experiences in recruiting and are interested in recruiting employees
• Eigenständige, strukturierte, and genaue working style
• High Zuverlässigkeit and Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• You speak fluent German (C-Level)
