What you will do with us

  • You will go on a talent hunt on LinkedIn and find the people nobody else can.

  • You will contact candidates and be their first point of contact with us.

  • You will pre-screen profiles and organize interviews.

  • You will bring fresh ideas to our social media and employer branding.

  • You will keep our candidate data up to date.

What you bring with you

  • You enjoy talking to people and are not afraid to take the first step.

  • You are an enrolled student, ideally in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable fields of study.

  • LinkedIn is not new territory for you.

  • You work independently and can be relied upon.

  • You speak German very well, English is a bonus.

  • Experience? Nice to have. Motivation? Must have.
