Your tasks

• You find and contact suitable talents on platforms like LinkedIn & Co.

• You support the selection and communication with candidates

• You support the matching of candidates with suitable vacancies

• You contribute your own ideas and actively shape our recruiting processes

Qualifications

What you bring

• Enrolled student – field of study is secondary to us

• Enjoyment of communication and interacting with people

• Initiative, commitment, and an independent way of working

• Interest in recruiting and personnel consulting

• Enjoy actively approaching people and building contacts

• A good feel for people and talents

• Initial experience in recruiting is a plus, but not a requirement
