Your Position

• You excite through your personal approach and make the best talents curious about 1KOMMA5° and our mission
• You are part of the Talent Management Team and support in reviewing application documents and selecting profiles with a focus on Tech & Product
• After successful onboarding, you lead initial interviews and fill essential positions
• You take responsibility for your own positions from publishing job postings to direct contact until contract offer
• You work with experienced Hiring Managers at eye level and are one of the points of contact around Tech & Product Hiring
• You are responsible for the candidate journey, taking over communication with applicants, providing timely feedback, answering questions, and scheduling appointments
• You support optimizing our processes and take responsibility for your own projects

Your Profile

• You are at least two semesters enrolled at a university and studying Human Resources Management, Economics, etc.
• You can support us 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester breaks
• You ideally already have some experience in recruiting and possess technical affinity
• You are communicative and can communicate fluently in German and English
• You stand out through independent and structured working habits
• You excel through a strong motivation and high reliability
