We are looking for someone to support our team and especially our founder and managing director Lucas as an Allrounder:in in the operational real estate environment, working 15-20 hours a week.

Tasks

• Collaboration with our founder and managing director Lucas
• Support in operational real estate business (Property- & Objektmanagement)
• Participation in the operational management of properties (e.g. data maintenance, coordination, preparation of operational topics)
• Pflege, Strukturierung und Auswertung von Immobilien- und Objektdaten (insb. Excel)
• Support in presentations and decision-making templates
• Researches on real estate, markets, and economic issues
• Allgemeine operative Unterstützung im Immobilien- und Beratungsgeschäft

Qualification

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, z. B. im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Real Estate Management or comparable
• Interest in Real Estate Operations and Property Management
• Structured, reliable, and self-sufficient work style
• Safe handling of Excel or high learning readiness
• Eigeninitiative, responsibility awareness, and hands-on mentality
