We are looking for a Working Student: Real Estate Operations (m/f/d) at our Heidelberg location, for 15–20 hours/week, who will support our team and especially our founder and managing director Lucas as a all-rounder in the operational real estate environment.

Tasks

• Direct collaboration with our founder and managing director Lucas
• Support in operational real estate business (Property & Object Management)
• Participation in the operational support of properties (e.g., data maintenance, coordination, preparation and follow-up of operational topics)
• Maintenance, structuring, and evaluation of real estate and property data (especially Excel)
• Support with presentations and decision proposals
• Research on real estate, markets, and economic issues
• General operational support in the real estate and consulting business

Qualifications

• Enrolled student, e.g., in the field of Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economics or comparable
• Interest in Real Estate Operations and Property Management
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Proficient in Excel or high willingness to learn
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and hands-on mentality
